Blair Urish, Managing Director
Managing director, Blair Urish’s experience has focused on the manufacturing industry. Her experience as a Chemical Engineer allowes her to assist manufacturing clients with operational consulting, process improvement, and commercialization of intellectual property.
Prior to the Percipience Group, Blair was a Manager with a Fortune 500 beverage company where she worked in production systems and engineering with an emphasis on continuous work flow systems and optimization. She achieved continuous performance improvement and cost savings.
Blair has continued her development through work with the Bureau of Minority & Women Business Opportunities and through the executive MBA program at The Wharton School. Prior to focusing on her own business she worked to direct operations with a regional accounting and consulting firm. Blair's primary focus was in operations improvement. She was responsible for maintaining and refining workflow from the partners to the staff in order to meet client needs and sustain firm growth. She developed and implemented initiatives to better optimize firm assets and resources. This included emphasis on financial analysis for budget reform, administrative efficiencies, employee management and venture development. Blair has provided service and oversight to client assets including acquisition, litigation support, internal audits and commercialization of intellectual property.
